- Fixed IG V-Attack engine capsule not being a consumable item. However if a player had more than 1 capsule stack, they will find only 1 in the inventory now and can get the engine right away
- Fixed event shop
- Adjusted halloween map drop rates (increased slightly)
- Fixed Tier 3 pvp quest giving wrong items
- Halloween boss will now give a killmark to everyone in the winning nation that damaged it
- Players above a certain level will now get kicked from event maps during PVP events
- Fixed a minor description error in the event quest
